Post About Emails
We don't publicize personal information such as emails and passwords here. However, there is an event we would like to discuss. I read somewhere that law enforcement agencies have raided a well known darknet email provider known as DNMX.org around September. I actually knew something was wrong with the website because the last time I went there the only thing that showed up was the following message "We're working on it, please stand by :)" We thought it was just down for maintenance, but then later on I heard the news and now we know why. It is assumed that they did not harden their security enough and this is the result. But DNMX claims all data on their servers is encrypted.
How is this relevant to AnonBlogs? Well, for starters, the admin has a dnmx.org email account. And we've seen some people tell others to not send any emails to these accounts because of the risk of LEA to investigate them and possibly frame them for whatever crime they make up. Now we don't know if this is true because we weren't there when it happened. But this sends a pretty strong message. And also, currently no one can attempt to access their DNMX email account. So it's likely that AnonBlogs will be undergoing an update in the future. Or the admin will change their email provider. We don't know.
On a related but different note, we've kind of mentioned this already, but while we can still access our AnonBlogs account, the email provider (that will not be disclosed here due to privacy concerns) that was used to create this account has suddenly gone offline with no way to contact them. And while we can change the password which requires being able to access our email account, there is no way to change email. So if for some reason we forget the password to our Anonblogs account, we won't be able to access it ever again and have to create a new account. So we think there should be an option for both free and premium users (yes there is a premium plan for those who don't know) to change their email for their AnonBlogs account. If there is any misinformation in our statement please correct us.
